Our Rent to Own Program allows you to rent/lease your future home with the option to buy it from us at the end of your term.

There is no fee to apply to the program however once you are accepted for our program we do require a commitment fee.

We work with all types of credit, however some credit issues may take longer to fix than others. Our program is designed to repair credit issues within 2-4 years. In the case where you need more time to repair your credit, that is where our Mentoring and Customized Credit Repair Plan become even more useful to you.

Yes, we require an initial deposit of 3% of your pre-determined purchase price or $10,000 whichever is greater.

The Tenant Buyer is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the property since they are in training to be the homeowners of the property.

The program is available in most major cities and their surrounding areas in Canada and USA. As we are alternative lending, the properties will still need to be approved for financing. In some cases properties are denied for financing because they are in too rural of an area, it is too distressed or it is located on leased land example mobile homes.

You are responsible to pay your rent, option deposits, utilities and to have insurance for your possessions. Your rent payment covers the mortgage, property taxes and property insurance.
